In 2014, Flawless Inbound was born as a management consultancy in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Back then, we were a small but driven team focused on helping businesses tackle their biggest challenges. But in 2020, the world changed. The Covid-19 pandemic forced businesses everywhere to pivot. Despite the uncertainty, we saw an opportunity to help companies adapt to the digital-first world. We guided businesses through the transition to online operations, implementing HubSpot solutions to keep their teams connected, efficient, and effective — wherever they were working from.

The Big Leap: Acquisition by GSI

As 2022 arrived, we knew it was time for another major leap. We completely revamped our solutions and services to offer our clients even better support. This wasn’t just about staying ahead — it was about creating a future-proof roadmap for our clients’ growth. We began hosting in-person events in major cities across Canada and, by the end of the year, Flawless Inbound had joined forces with GSI.inc. This acquisition expanded our offerings to include advanced NetSuite implementations and integrations, elevating the value we provide to our clients.
